My Involvement
I was responsible for the UX and Web Design of Hearth Wine Bar’s digital presence, translating the brand’s identity into a seamless, engaging online experience. From wireframes and user journeys to interface design and branding integration, my role was to ensure the website captured the elegance of the wine bar while providing intuitive functionality for users to explore menus, discover stories, and book reservations.
Overcoming Challenges
One of the main challenges was balancing the brand’s rustic-meets-luxury aesthetic with modern usability. Early design iterations leaned too heavily into decorative elements, which risked overshadowing clarity and navigation. To resolve this, I refined the design system with a carefully curated palette, elegant typography, and consistent UI components, ensuring both the visual identity and user experience worked harmoniously.
